Refund Policy

Terms of refund:  (Full refund minus a $10.00 service fee will be issued for cancelled bookings or reservations if requested in writing 24 hours before your scheduled pick up.  Refunds will be processed and issued during normal business hours but it may take your financial institution 3-5 days to process the transaction.  Refunds requested within 24 hours will be subjected to a cancellation fee of $37.50.
